Chrysanthemums... Tip pruning to promote quality flowering and a 'thicker than most' display.
Observations:
- Caterpillar's- little buggers. May make colourful moths or butterflies BUT NOT ON OUR WATCH! Physical removal and disposal- (*may need to consider an Easter insecticide spray?)
- Aphids- gotta go!!! Same as above!
- Ladybirds- love a good feed of Aphids- their keepers. Sic'm!!!
- No mildew YET? If mildew is prevalent or likely to occur then we can either use fungicide OR try 1 part full cream milk to 4 parts water and spray?
